I joined TPS in 2022, bringing with me more than six years of experience working across the Asia‑Pacific and Africa. What I love about this role is the chance to turn technical tax and transfer pricing concepts into real‑world solutions that make a difference for multinational clients.  

My work spans everything from preparing Master Files, Local Files and Country‑by‑Country Reporting, to advising on complex issues like hybrid mismatches, low‑value services, cost allocations and PCG requirements. I also lead benchmarking studies using various databases, breathing life into data so clients get clear and actionable insights.

At TPS I get to lead cross‑border projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with our leadership. I’m always looking for ways to improve - whether it’s streamlining processes to speed up deliverables or delivering internal training to share knowledge with the team.

There’s a real sense of ownership here; I can see the impact of my work, and I enjoy taking on responsibility. Before TPS, I worked at PwC Tanzania, gaining a global perspective on tax compliance and audits. That experience taught me to look beyond the numbers - to understand business complexities, build strong relationships, and stay adaptive across jurisdictions.

Outside of work, I’m fascinated by how technology and global tax developments intersect. I enjoy exploring new tools and methods to make transfer pricing workflows smarter. I’m also curious - always keeping an eye on emerging global tax frameworks, such as BEPS Pillar I & II, and thinking ahead about how they’ll shape the way we advise clients.
