Cavin is a transfer pricing consultant with over seven years experience. Prior to joining Transfer Pricing Solutions, Cavin was a manager in
a Big 4 consulting firm where he was responsible for providing a full range of transfer pricing advisory and compliance services to
MNEs.
Cavin has advised multinationals both in Australia and overseas on various transfer pricing issues including planning, development and
implementation of global transfer pricing policy, transfer pricing compliance and documentation, and controversy (Audit defence). Cavin has
advised MNEs across a wide range of industries including Oil & Gas, Automobile, Chemical Manufacturing, Professional Services and Real
Estate with transfer pricing compliance and controversy.
During his career, Cavin was involved in a number of controversy projects where he helped develop, tailor and apply comprehensive transfer pricing analytic solutions to assist his clients in resolving transfer pricing disputes with favourable outcome resulting in substantial tax savings to the client.
